I found the necklace too delicate; you could barely see it hanging when I put it on. I also wanted to attach a pendant to it, but that didn't work because the clasp was too big. That is why I returned it immediately. However, I have not yet received a confirmation of receipt from Imagins. When can I expect the refund?
