FAQ
How much does getting pierced cost?
We charge a €20 piercing fee per piercing hole. If you get two piercings during the same appointment, the second hole is 50% off, making it €30 for two.
We don't offer discounts on the piercing fee unless officially communicated by the brand. Discover the piercings here.
Can I buy a piercing online and bring it to my appointment?
For hygiene reasons, we charge a re-piercing fee of €39 for all piercings leaving our studios, gold and titanium. You can still order online and choose ‘in-store pickup’ as delivery method.
Can I gift a piercing?
You can always gift a piercing jewel. The piercing service itself must be booked and paid for by the person receiving the gift.
Do you pierce with a gun or a needle?
We only pierce with a needle: it is more hygienic, safer and more accurate than a piercing gun.
I want 2 piercings at the same time. How do I book that?
Simply book two appointments for the piercings you'd like, or choose a duo appointment. You can also call our stores and we'll help you book.
Are there age restrictions?
We pierce from 8 years old. Minors need to be accompanied by a legal guardian.
How do I take care of my piercing afterwards?
Follow the aftercare guide you receive in our studios. You can also read it online.
How long does a cartilage piercing take to heal?
Between 3 and 9 months. After 2 months, come back for your free downsizing: it helps your piercing heal better.
My piercing has fallen out, what should I do?
Our piercings use a screw-back system. Fresh piercing: visit one of our piercers within 24 hours if possible; a re-piercing fee of €39 may apply. Healed piercing: put it back in yourself, or visit one of our studios and we'll help you.
Which materials do you pierce with?
We pierce with 14k solid gold and hypoallergenic titanium only, for the best hygiene, the fewest allergic reactions and ear stacks you can wear forever.
Do you also pierce the nose?
No, we only pierce ears.
