All orders are shipped from Belgium with a secure and trackable shipping method. Free shipping is automatically applied on all orders from €99.

Orders placed before 14:00 to Belgium will be delivered the following business day.

Easy 14 days returns

We provide a 14 day return window for all orders in the following assumptions, whenever it is not related to a personalized defected item. Engraved & made-to-order pieces are final sale and therefor not refundable. Items that are bought in sale are non-refundable. They can be exchanged for a voucher or another jewel. Due to hygiene measures, earrings bought online may not be returned. 

Products that will be exchanged or returned must be in perfect conditions and show no evident signs of being used. It is your responsibility to provide adequate packaging to make sure that the items arrive to I.Ma.Gi.N. Jewels in perfect conditions. If you have trouble finding a suitable packaging, we suggest using the original box that your order came in. If the items are received in poor conditions, we won’t be able to carry out the return as requested.

The time window in which you can exchange or return an item lasts 14 days, starting from the day the order is delivered.

By not offering free returns, we aim to promote sustainable and responsible consumer behavior. Returns have a greater environmental impact than you might think, and together we can help reduce that.

Please note: in case of a refund, the cost of the return label (€7.95) will be deducted from the refunded amount. Want to exchange via shipping? A €7.95 shipping fee will be charged.

Exceptions: Orders placed from the 2nd of December can be exchanged or returned until January 15th. 

Refunds can only be requested within 14 days after receiving your order.

After the package arrives at our HQ you will receive a confirmation email, informing you that the amount will be sent to your account. You will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase. This can take up to 30 days.
